Aquaculture New Zealand
Website
Aquaculture is the world’s fastest growing primary industry. It is expected that by 2030 aquaculture will match the wild fisheries catch. New Zealand is in a great position to capitalise on the growth in aquaculture and be a major part of this food producing revolution. New Zealand’s aquaculture products already have a great reputation both at home and abroad. The aim for the New Zealand aquaculture industry is to produce $1 billion of product by 2025. This ambitious goal will put aquaculture on a footing equivalent to the New Zealand wine industry.
